We initially went to Livingston Farm for stone facade for our home; we were impressed but the selection and the excellent customer service from David. After purchasing our stone, we looked around and discovered the exceptionally beautiful and well built outbuildings. We had been planning on building our own, but felt that for the quality and finish of these buildings; we wouldn’t be able to match what Livingston Farm offered. Today we had our shed delivered; again, we were blown away by the professionalism; excellent communication, and at how precisely the new shed was placed on our prepared pad by David and Brit. I can’t express how impressed we are; we’d recommend Livingston Farm without reservation, and look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

We worked with Livingston's to purchase a custom designed and built shed to store some recreation gear. Livingston's was super accommodating and clear while we were figuring out the design and created EXACTLY what we wanted. They delivered the shed and made sure is was on even stone that was included in the delivery of the shed. We are so pleased with the shed we purchased, it is such a major asset to our programming and allows for us to expand what we can offer our community.Before purchasing the Shed we walked around Livingston's yard to look at the different sheds that were pre-built and really got the feel for exactly what we wanted.We've worked with Livingston's for dirt and soil for different projects and they have always been awesome. We scheduled an appointment to design the shed. The team spent as much time as it took, no part was rushed. They walked through all the details and options. Payment process was straight forward. They provided guidance via phone directly to the excavation team building the foundation pad while they were on site. They made the delivery look easy and positioned it exactly how we wanted it.Quality is great. No issues with all the wet snow and high winds from this winter. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to get a shed of this build and style.

I waited 6 winters before posting this review, because I wanted to review how the garage I bought held up over time, rather than just praise the friendly, helpful service, and amazing job of delivering the garage up our winding uphill driveway. So after 6 Vermont winters, I can report that the garage looks just as good on the outside as it did when we bought it (and the pricing was the best we found as well). The inside shows the wear of these six years, but the floor is still flawless, and there have been no leaks or other problems whatsoever. They tell me the floor (and roof) should last 30 years, and I believe it. I can't recommend this place too highly, and they came about 90 miles to deliver to me, so don't let distance put you off! It's worth the trip to go there.
The craftsmanship of the shed was top notch and the delivery staff were wonderful. They were skilled and professional and took the time to get the shed in perfect position and the cupola installed. I would highly recommend Livingston farms
I have always had a great experience doing business with Livingston Farm. Their product quality, as well as their customer service is top notch. They are always willing to help you and would go above and beyond putting customer first.The biggest thing I bought from them is a lean studio shed. They custom built it pretty quickly, delivered on time as well as came and checked out the site multiple times. Getting the shed in my property was a big challenge and they put in a lot of effort and did some true professional work. Everyone I worked with was really helpful and professional. Great business.
I am so very happy with my experience with Livingston Farm! I started with a stone step for my entryway - they worked with me to find just the right one - which brought me back for chairs to put around my fire pit area (they are so comfortable, durable and great looking) - and then I was on to a veneer stone wall, so many great choices - they go above and beyond to work and plan with you. Today was the biggest project yet - a new garage! They worked with me to get it just right, it is fantastic - beyond what I expected - and the team is hardworking, professional, friendly and responsive - I highly recommend Livingston Farm!

My husband and I had an excellent experience with Livingston Farm. We were first time DIY building a fireplace in our home and I really wanted stone that evoked memories of the stone fireplace of my childhood home. I did a lot of research and found the American Granite veneer stone at Livingston Farm. I couldn't be happier. The stone is substantial and beautiful. David was extremely helpful with advice. Delivery was seamless. The end result is gorgeous.
I was in a bind as my order through another local shed supplier was taking many weeks for delivery. I called Livingston Farm and had two run-in sheds delivered inside of 2 weeks! They arrived on time, navigated my hilly horse pasture, and sited the sheds nicely. The sheds appear to be of quality construction. David and the office and delivery folks were very helpful and pleasant. The delivery rate was extremely reasonable, especially as they had to drive over a mountain and then a long way around on dirt roads. Highly recommend!
Responsive, helpful, informative (I’d never done a DIY patio before and they gave me the answers to the questions I didn’t even know I needed to ask), friendly - all-around a fantastic family operation. Easily worth the hour and a half round trip to pick up smaller quantities, and delivery was key for the larger volumes. Buy local!!
I do not normally write reviews but this one is well deserved. We have had 3 sheds delivered so far with a Green House on the way, we one of the shed's placement in a tricky, narrow portion of the property, physics and fulcrum's came into play. The whole process, from beginning to end, and dealing with everyone involved has been a pleasure. Livingston Farm has Great people, good pricing, and a wide selection to choose from, or custom build one. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.
We ordered some soil for our raised beds and I was pleasantly surprised by their delivery services. Joey was super patient with us as we speculated on the precise location of our septic tank, and when we couldn’t confirm, he did a great job helping us decide on a safe alternative location, and expertly maneuvered his truck to dump it exactly where we wanted it.
We were having trouble finding quality compost for this years garden. We just dropped by Livingston Farms and voila! High quality compost as a great price. The customer service is great. We pulled the truck up, it was loaded by their friendly staff, and away we went. I can’t wait to see the amazing produce we get from this crop!

Fantastic place, professional, friendly and responsive. Replied promptly via email to questions about a shed/garage build. Went to see their site and ended up looking at their stone yard. David (who was working on his normal day off), spent much time showing us around and moving stone slabs for us to look at and pick and choose. We ended up buying a stone slab from their yard and can't say enough about their customer service. The slab was delivered and the driver spent time helping up figure out how to make the slab fit where we needed it as a front door stoop. Top rate organization and family run business. We will certainly be back for more landscaping and stone supplies!

We had an excellent experience with Livingston Farm. From our initial visit, where we looked at the many sheds on display in Bristol and discussed options for the one that would look best on our property, to the hassle-free installation of our customized 12 X 12 shed about a month later, everything went smoothly. We were impressed with the helpful attitude, the willingness to be flexible, and the efficiency shown each step of the way. The installation itself was hassle-free. We had purposely ordered white shutters and window box so that we might paint them ourselves in the same color as those of our home. We were very happy with the results and highly recommend Livingston Farm for anyone looking for shed that will enhance, and not detract from, the overall look of their property.
Great people to deal with! We custom ordered a shed because they didn't have the exact one we needed in stock. It was built sooner than promised and we weren't ready to take delivery. They kept in touch and delivered it two days after I called and said we were ready. Nice shed, reasonable price, delivered exactly when they said it would be and set perfectly in the right place. We walked around their lot once and did all the rest over the phone and by email. Couldn't have been easier.
These guys are really great. They prepped my site, took down a fence, used a laser level to set it perfectly on target. Dave , the owner, came with Haley and Tyler. They worked in tremendous heat, overcoming a couple of obstacles in the process. We could not ask for anything more perfect! A real pleasure to deal with, including Heidi with whom we met with and ordered the shed.
