Vermont Stone & Patio Walkways

A stone walkway adds charm, elegance, value and direction to your landscape. A stone patio can extend your living space by creating an outdoor room for entertaining, relaxing or casual outdoor dining. A flagstone, slate or paver walkway is an eye-catching enhancement to any outdoor space or garden path. Because of stone’s natural look in terms of both color and texture, it is often chosen as an accent to existing patio areas where walkways and paths meet other types of surface materials.

Stone is also a good choice for walkways because of its minimal slip textured surface. It is important that the walkway and patio stones are installed evenly to avoid trip/fall accidents from uneven stones. Livingston Farm carries stones in many different shapes and sizes. Our Pavers, Flagstones and Slate pieces are a good size for walkways providing easy stepping stones, and when dry laid, stones create a permeable walking surface that absorbs water.
