Livingston Farm is a locally owned and operated business known for its reliability and honesty. Our journey began on a family dairy farm, and since opening in 1998, we have grown each year while maintaining exceptional customer service.

We offer a wide range of products, including stone, aggregate, mulch, topsoil, poly furniture, playsets, sheds, garages, chicken coops and granite memorials. In 2006, we moved to our current location and have continued to expand and improve over the past 15 years.

Our dedicated staff brings over 37 years of experience, helping our loyal customers create their dream landscapes and outdoor structures in Vermont, New York, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire.

Our Team

Dave

Dave is the founder and driving force behind Livingston Farm. After years spent working as a diesel mechanic and on a dairy farm, he eventually traded cows and tractors for sheds, stone, furniture, memorials, and topsoil—proving that while the work evolved, his love for hands-on projects never did. If there’s dirt involved, Dave is usually happiest right in the middle of it, treating the job site like his own carefully planned sandbox.

You’ll find Dave on job sites, meeting with customers, or working on equipment to make sure everything is ready for its next adventure. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family, embracing all four Vermont seasons, and living true to his roots as a lifelong Vermonter.

Two Truths & a Lie:

  • Dave worked on a dairy farm until he was 36
  • Dave has taken July 4th off every year since selling the cows
  • Dave competes in the loudest sneeze competition daily…although he is always the winner.

Tina

Tina has been part of Livingston Farm for over 20 years and is often considered the encyclopedia of the business. If you have a question, chances are Tina already knows the answer—or knows exactly where to find it. She’s usually the first smiling face customers meet, helping with everything from chicken coops and garages to memorial stones, patio and wall stone, and playsets.

With decades of experience, Tina knows Livingston Farm inside and out and has a natural way of making customers feel comfortable and confident throughout the ordering process. Outside of work, she enjoys choreographing dances for local students, attending Broadway shows, and spending time with her family.

Two Truths & a Lie:

  • Tina has been with Livingston Farm for over 20 years
  • Tina can help you order just about anything Livingston Farm sells
  • Tina loves collecting paint chips but never paints anything

David Jr.

You’re not confused—Livingston Farm has both a Dave and a David, and this one is David. He’s a familiar, smiling face on the Livingston Farm team and grew up on the original Livingston Farm property, so this place has always felt like home. After earning his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Mechanical Engineering and spending time working in the field, David decided to return to his roots and bring his skills back to the family business.

Known for his attention to detail and strong work ethic, David takes pride in making sure every customer has a positive, well-thought-out experience with Livingston Farm. When he’s not working, he enjoys running, spending time with his family and friends and playing fetch with his dog Mac. David looks forward to meeting you—and helping make your project a great one.

You’ll recognize Heidi by her smiling face—whether she’s assisting customers, driving dump trucks, running skid-steers, or kicking up a little dust in the yard. When she’s not at work, Heidi enjoys fishing, gardening, and spending time with her family.

Tyler

Tyler grew up on Livingston Farm at its previous location and has been part of the business for over 20 years. He’s been learning to operate dump trucks, excavators, loaders, and skid-steers since he was tall enough to see over the steering wheel, and it shows. Today, Tyler is an excellent machine operator and can often be found on job sites doing what he does best—getting the work done and not being afraid to get his hands dirty.

When he’s not on a job site, Tyler enjoys hunting for the elusive largemouth bass with his fishing pole, spending time with his family, and fitting in a round of golf with his daughter Cece when he can. You just might see Tyler at your next project, making sure everything comes together smoothly.

Jenn

Jenn has spent the past 14 years behind the scenes at Livingston Farm, often returning each summer before making the leap to the business full-time. After twelve years working in the field of education, she shifted her focus following the birth of her daughter, Eelin, bringing her technology knowledge, writing skills, and people-first mindset to the Livingston Farm team.

Jenn works both in and out of the office, supporting the web-friendly side of the business and helping translate what happens in the yard, on job sites, and in real life into clear, helpful customer experiences.

  • Jenn has been part of Livingston Farm for 14 years
  • Jenn owns 4 pairs of the same boots but insists each has a different job.

Eelin

Eelin is one of the youngest members of the Livingston Farm team and officially joined during the winter of 2021. Since her first day, she’s grown quite a bit and has quickly made herself at home around the office.

While she’s now enrolled in toddler school, you may still catch glimpses of Eelin from time to time—“helping” answer the phone, greeting everyone who walks through the door with a cheerful hello, or thoughtfully reorganizing the office into what can best be described as a creative mess. She’s a reminder that Livingston Farm has always been, and will always be, a family business.

  • Eelin keeps the office and her space perfectly organized at all times

Rao

Rao joined the Livingston Farm team in 2023 and is Eelin’s little brother. Since arriving, he’s fully embraced the most important parts of the job: plenty of rest, regular snacks, and seeing how high he can climb at all times.

During your visit, you may be greeted by Rao’s ever-present smile, his infectious laughter adding a cheerful background soundtrack to the office. You may also notice that his “workspace” has been thoughtfully arranged to meet his exact entertainment needs. Like his sister, Rao is a reminder that Livingston Farm is, at its heart, a family business.

  • Jenn has an expansive worm farm that has a strict “no favorites” policy

Ren

Ren is Livingston Farm’s resident outdoorsman and can usually be found crafting stone walls or working on projects that keep him outside and on the move. When he’s not on the job, Ren is often out hiking local trails with his loyal sidekick, Nala, who’s just as adventurous as he is.

Back at the office, Ren is known for bringing a sense of fun wherever he goes. His particular specialty? Sword fighting with wrapping paper tubes, a skill he practices while defending the office from imaginary foes. If you hear the sound of cardboard clashing, there’s no cause for alarm—Ren is simply in the middle of an epic (and very important) battle.

Two Truths & a Lie:

  • Ren enjoys hiking with his dog Nala
  • You will most likely see Ren during one of our many Livingston Farm deliveries.
  • Ren takes pride in how long he waits to turn the heat on during the winter months.

Britany

Britney is Livingston Farm’s resident woodworking wonder, bringing creativity and craftsmanship to everything she does. She can be found working on equipment, delivering sheds, or making deliveries with one of our many dump trucks. She is a person of all trades at Livingston Farm.

Her creativity doesn’t stop when the workday ends. At home, Britney is also the proud caretaker of her pet plant, Spider, who receives daily entertainment in the form of handcrafted toilet paper ghosts. Spider may not be much of a conversationalist, but Britney is confident the ghosts are very much appreciated.

Two Truths & a Lie:

  • Britney has her CDL and you will most likely see her in all of the Livingston Farm equipment.
  • Britney is not afraid of grease, mud or bad weather. She has an outfit for everything.
  • Britney stands at the bottom of the Bristol ledges like a park ranger, telling visitors “Don’t fall. People fall.”

Chris

Chris is Livingston Farm’s adventurer extraordinaire and is rarely one to sit still for long. When he’s not camping under the stars or restoring his vintage Chevy truck, he’s likely traveling somewhere new—with a Chuck Norris biography never far from reach.

Chris also happens to have a very specific talent: spotting drain covers. From rare designs in far-off cities to the perfectly placed specimen in a local parking lot, Chris has an eye for drain covers that keeps the rest of us equal parts impressed and curious.

Two Lies & a Truth:

  • Chris enjoys camping, traveling, and restoring his vintage Chevy truck
  • Chris can spot an excellent drain cover from impressive distances
  • Chris quietly identifies tourists by their footwear (brand-new boots with no mud = not from here)

Cece

As the youngest member of the Livingston Farm crew, Cece has quickly taken on the important role of keeping everyone on their toes. She’s always on the move, curious about everything, and firmly believes that if she can reach it, she should probably inspect it. From supervising daily activity to testing the speed limits of her favorite ride-on vehicles, Cece brings plenty of energy and entertainment to the team.

She occasionally joins her dad Tyler on shed deliveries, where she’s known to offer strong opinions and helpful “corrections.” While her management style may be direct, her charm makes her feedback hard to ignore. Around Livingston Farm, Cece reminds everyone that growth, laughter, and a little chaos are all part of building something great.

Two Lies & a Truth:

  • She has already attended shed deliveries
  • She believes fast driving improves all situations
  • She prefers sitting still and keeping her hands clean
