Slant markers are set to stand upright with or without a base. The slant style marker has a serpentine top. Typically, the marker has a polished front and back with natural rock pitched edges. This can be altered to create the perfect marker for you. A benefit of slant markers is that they are ideal for mounting memorial plaques like bronze veteran markers on the back, this allows for the lettering details to be placed on the front.

Some cemeteries regulate the size, finish, color and designs engraved on the markers. All slant markers must be placed onto a cement foundation.

Slants come in a wide range of sizes, varying from, 2’0” x 1’2” to 3’6” x 1’6”. All slants are available with 10” or 12” thicknesses. The most common slant size is 36” x 1’4”x 10”. We have the capability to offer custom sizes as well. This allows you to perfectly match a pre-existing stone.
